Parking: Free parking is provided for jurors in a county parking lot located at 120 S Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue. That is 1 block South of Washington Street on Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue on the west side of the street. Parking anywhere other than this lot could result in your vehicle being ticketed or towed. Jurors choosing to park in other areas (including the Lake County Parking Garage) must pay their own parking fees. Parking violations issued to jurors during jury service are the responsibility of the juror.

Directions: From Montgomery: Take I-65 North to Exit 179. Turn left off the exit onto Cobbs Ford Road. Stay straight on Cobbs Ford Road continue through the intersection of Cobbs Ford Road and McQueen Smith Road (Cobbs Ford will now become East Main Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection of East Main Street and South Memorial Drive (also known as Hwy 31, turn right and get in the far left lane. Turn left at the next traffic light ( Prattville Baptist will be on the left) onto Wetumpka Street, turn right at the stop sign, then back to the left onto 5th Street. At the stop sign, stay straight, we are on the right at the end of the street. From Birmingham: Take I-65 South to Exit 186 (Pine Level Exit). Turn right off the exit onto Hwy 31. Stay straight on Hwy 31 south ( approximately 5-7 miles). At the 2nd traffic light, turn right onto Wetumpka Street, turn right at the stop sign and then a quick left onto 5th Street. At the stop sign, stay straight, we are on the right at the end of the street.
Restrictions: The following items are not allowed in the 19th Judicial Circuit Courthouses. (List subject to change; each court has local rules as well) No lighters, matches or anything that will light a fire. No knives, or anything that is sharp, pointed or edged including knitting needles. No fingernail files that are 3 inches in length or longer; no scissors of any type or length. No pepper spray, mace or tasers. No guns of any type. No Cellphones or Recording Devices
