About / Additional Info: Common Pleas Civil DivisionAdministrative Appeals, foreclosures, personal injury suits, garnishments are among the types of cases filed in the Civil Division of the Court of Common Pleas. The clerk is responsible for initiating and maintaining case files, the collection and distribution of filing fees and costs, the seating of both petit and grand juries and the issuance and recording of notary commissions.Faxed pleadings will not be accepted.
