Located in northwestern California, Siskiyou County has a population of over 44,000 people. Its seat and largest city, Yreka City, is situated near the Shasta River with its highest point being Mount Shasta. Siskiyou residents are served by the Siskiyou County Superior Court, which is the single trial court in the county.

Siskiyou County Superior Court is located in Yreka City, and its various Divisions handle several kinds of cases in the county.
