About / Additional Info: South Central Judicial District was created in 1979 to include Burleigh, Emmons, Grant, Kidder, Logan, McIntosh, McLean, Mercer, Morton, Oliver, Sioux, Sheridan and Wells counties. In 1993, Wells County was transferred to the Southeast Judicial District. In 2014, Kidder, Logan and McIntosh counties were transferred to the Southeast Judicial District.
