Parking: Free parking is available in downtown Decatur in the parking deck located at 125 West Trinity Place (attached to the rear of the Courthouse). If you park in any other parking garage, you are in the wrong place. The parking deck cannot accommodate oversized vehicles. You should not park in the Chick-Fil-A parking lot (you will be towed), nor should you park in the paid parking spots directly in front of the Courthouse.
Directions: From I-75 South:Exit 249 D towards US78/Ga. Tech/North Ave. Merge onto Williams St. NW. Turn left on North Ave. and go .5 mile. Turn left on Piedmont, and go .1 mile. Turn right on Ponce de Leon, and go 4.5 miles. Turn right on Commerce, and left on W. Trinity Place. Courthouse will be on left.From I-20 West:Take Exit #65/Candler Rd towards Decatur. Keep right at fork in ramp, and turn right on Candler Rd., going 3 miles until road becomes S. Candler St. Turn left on E. Trinity Pl. Courthouse will be on right.From I-20 East:Take Exit #61A/Maynard Terrace towards Atlanta, and turn left on Maynard Terrace, SE. Turn right on Memorial Dr. and travel 2.3 miles. Turn left on Candler road, and follow directions from I20 West, starting at Candler Road.From I-75 North, I-85 North and South:Take I-285 towards Decatur and follow below.From I-285:Take Exit #39A towards Decatur. Merge onto Stone Mountain parkway which becomes US-29. Turn left on Clairemont, and go .7 mile. Turn left on Commerce. Turn right on Church St. Turn right on E. Trinity Place, and courthouse will be on right.
Restrictions: Shorts, tank tops, bare midriffs, shirts with controversial depictions or wording, or similar dress are not allowed in the courtrooms. Shoes must be worn at all times; beach sandals or flip-flops are prohibited.

Special Access: Handicap parking is available on all levels of the parking deck, near the elevators, with the exception of the 2nd and 3rd levels. There is one elevator in the parking deck, located in the stairwell adjacent to the handicapped parking spaces. The handicap entrance is located on the basement level of the courthouse (use the employee entrance).
