	About/Additional Info:	UCCCC was built for then-Avalon Corp. in 1999 as a high-security juvenile facility. ODOC bought the approximately 45,270 square-foot structure in July 2006 and began housing community-security level inmates. UCCCC opened with a capacity of 228 inmates, most of whom work for city, county, or state agencies through the Prisoner Public Works Program.
